Refund Policy for TruLuxeLife, LLC (dba Butterfly Turns)

We at TruLuxeLife, LLC (dba Butterfly Turns) value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that our handcrafted products meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly, providing peace of mind when you shop with us.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. We understand that changes of mind can occur, and we wish to accommodate these situations.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. 

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Truluxelife LLC will do whatever necessary to correct these situations.  Please be aware, we may ask for photo documentation in cases of damage during shipping for insurance.

Custom Orders and Handmade Items

• Custom Orders: Due to their bespoke nature, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.  These are unique pieces of art commissioned just for you.
• Handmade Variability: Our products are carefully crafted by hand, leading to slight variations that make each piece unique. These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers within the European Union, in accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Please contact us at DJB@truluxelife.com.

Please note, the right to cancel does not apply to custom-made items that have been distinctly personalized or made to your specifications.

Returns Process for Valid Cancellations

If you cancel this contract within the stipulated period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.

• Reimbursement: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
• Return Shipping: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods should be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund.
