Exclusion for Accidental Damage: Our return policy does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care after the product has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, damage due to dropping, breaking, chipping, or damage from placing the product in a dishwasher or submerging in water for extended periods. We encourage customers to follow all care instructions provided with their purchase to ensure the longevity of their uniquely crafted item.
